About Eric

Eric has studied Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication model since 1997, including two 10-day international trainings, a four-day retreat, over 100 trainer-led practice groups, and dozens of day seminars with Marshall.

  • During that time, he recorded Marshall interacting with participants and produced five audio CDs for the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

  • He has facilitated practice groups and training classes with his skill-building exercises.

  • Eric has studied Eastern philosophies since his father opened the Buddhist Vajraponti Institute of Wisdom Culture in their Los Angeles home in 1974.

Eric is a dedicated parent who shares many of his experiences raising a daughter using NVC.
